In this client facing position, you will conduct discovery sessions, design individualized career roadmaps, and deliver practical actionable advice across resume, LinkedIn, interviewing, networking, and personal branding. You will work with clients across industries, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained career advancement.

Responsibility
- Lead 1:1 client coaching sessions to assess career goals, skills gaps, and market opportunities.
- Develop personalized career roadmaps with actionable milestones and timelines.
- Provide resume and LinkedIn optimization including storytelling, keyword alignment, and ATS formatting.
- Coach interview strategies including mock interviews, STAR method guidance, and professional etiquette.
- Offer job search planning, networking strategies, and target company mapping.
- Track client progress with measurable outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with teams to create scalable coaching programs and workshops.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of career coaching, talent development, or HR experience with a proven track record
- Strong communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills
- Experience with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and ATS-friendly formatting
- Ability to facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a client centric mindset
- Proficiency with career assessment tools and data driven outcomes
