Responsibility
- Conduct personalized career assessments and provide strategic guidance to individual clients.
- Design and facilitate tailored professional development workshops for groups and organizations.
- Develop actionable career plans encompassing job search strategy, personal branding, and interview coaching.
- Leverage labor market insights to advise clients on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Review and enhance clients’ resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application materials for maximum impact.
- Foster long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and measurable career outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine consulting methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records and track client progress using internal CRM tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in career consulting, coaching, or workforce development.
- Proven expertise in resume writing, interview preparation, and personal branding.
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze labor market data and identify opportunities for client growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency with career assessment and CRM tools (e.g., MBTI, StrengthsFinder, Salesforce).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Career Coach, NCDA) highly desirable.
