As a Career Consultant, you will partner with client cohorts and individuals to design customized career roadmaps, refine resumes and LinkedIn profiles, practice interview scenarios, and drive successful job placements.

Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients across career stages to clarify goals and craft actionable plans.
- Develop personalized career roadmaps and job search strategies aligned with market realities.
- Lead resume and LinkedIn optimization workshops, ensuring clear messaging and compelling positioning.
- Provide interview coaching, mock interviews, and feedback to improve performance and confidence.
- Measure program outcomes, track client progress, and report metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate group workshops and webinars on career development topics and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to convert prospects into program participants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and industry-specific requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or HR with verifiable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Certifications such as CPCC, NCC, or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
