As part of our elite coaching team, you will transform clients' career trajectories through personalized strategies, evidence-based assessments, and proactive accountability.
Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to define career objectives and create actionable roadmaps.
- Develop tailored resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that tell a compelling career story.
- Guide clients through targeted job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation.
- Provide market insights, competency mapping, and career assessments to inform decision-making.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and deliver proactive accountability to achieve outcomes.
- Lead group coaching sessions and Career Strategy Workshops for individuals and teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create client resources and best-practice playbooks.
- Maintain confidential client records, track metrics, and ensure data privacy compliance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, HR, or equivalent field.
- Certification in career coaching (e.g., CCF, CCC) preferred; willingness to pursue if not held.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable outcomes (promotions, new roles, salary growth).
- Excellent active listening, communication, and motivational interviewing skills.
- Strong resume writing, storytelling, and LinkedIn optimization abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and career assessment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients with high-quality service and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
