As a Senior Clinical Scientist, you will lead high-impact projects, drive innovation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance therapies from bench to bedside.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage translational research programs in specialized medicine, from concept to completion.
- Design, oversee, and monitor clinical trials and early access programs, ensuring protocol integrity.
- Collaborate with physicians, scientists, biostatisticians, regulatory experts, and product teams to align goals and milestones.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/IRB), data integrity, and patient safety across studies.
- Oversee study budgets, timelines, dashboards, and resource allocation.
- Develop and supervise scientific communication, including manuscripts, grant proposals, and conference presentations.
- Mentor junior researchers and translate translational findings into clinical practice pathways.
- Foster partnerships with industry, academia, and patient advocacy groups to accelerate innovation.
Qualification
- MD, DO, or PhD in life sciences or a clinical discipline; board certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in translational medicine or clinical research, with a track record of successful trials.
- Proven experience with regulatory submissions (FDA/IRB) and good clinical practice (GCP).
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; demonstrated publication record.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SAS, R, Python) and biostatistics concepts.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities; budget oversight experience.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across disciplines and geographies; willingness to travel as needed.
