You will lead, educate, and advocate for families while partnering with a dedicated obstetric and nursing team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive midwifery care for prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
  • Lead and support labor management, including normal vaginal births and emergency interventions when indicated
  • Develop and implement individualized birth plans in collaboration with patients
  • Offer prenatal education, lactation support, and postpartum follow-up
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and ensure patient privacy
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development

Qualification

  • Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) with current license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical midwifery experience preferred; strong clinical training considered for exceptional candidates
  • Strong knowledge of obstetric guidelines and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication, cultural competence, and advocacy for patients
