Responsibility

  • Oversee hospital operations, including patient flow, workforce planning, facilities management, and supply chain logistics to ensure safe, timely care.
  • Lead regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, quality improvement programs, risk management, and safety initiatives across all departments.
  • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, revenue cycle processes, and financial performance metrics to drive sustainable profitability.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to implement clinical pathways, standard of care protocols, and performance improvement projects.
  • Drive patient experience and service excellence through staffing, training, and patient-centered process redesign.

Qualification
