Responsibility
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to diverse client populations.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies.
- Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring access to essential resources and services.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Lead crisis intervention and provide risk assessments as needed.
- Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification in Illinois.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based settings.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
