Join Crestview Private Members Club as a Senior Club Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing hospitality operations, and driving membership value.
Based in London, you will lead a dynamic team across front-of-house, events, food & beverage, and facilities management. We seek a strategic thinker with a service-driven mindset, able to align operations with the club’s vision and financial goals.
As part of our executive team, you will shape the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and a culture of service excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the private club, ensuring superior guest experiences across dining, events, and facilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Plan and execute events, programming, and member activities aligned with the club’s strategic goals.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, vendor negotiation, and cost control.
- Drive membership engagement and retention strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding for new members.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership on capital projects, facilities maintenance, and service improvements.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, brand alignment, and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Qualification
- Proven experience as Club Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional guest service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience developing and executing membership programs, events, and programming.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with club management software (CRM, POS) and standard office tools.
