Responsibility
- Lead flight operations as Captain on scheduled passenger flights, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights, including weather evaluation and route optimization.
- Mentor and supervise first officers, conducting performance reviews and coaching.
- Maintain high levels of safety, operational readiness, and adherence to FAA regulations.
- Manage in-flight service, passenger safety, and crew coordination.
- Complete accurate flight logs, MEL compliance, and incident reporting.
- Participate in safety meetings, emergency procedures training, and company initiatives.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate; current FAA airman medical and certifications.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours with at least 1,500 PIC hours.
- Current type rating on applicable commercial aircraft (e.g., Boeing 737, Airbus A320) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM principles and safety culture.
- Experience with flight planning software and electronic flight bags (EFB).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and international routes.
