We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Pilot to join our elite aviation team in Dallas, TX. This role demands a proven track record of safe flight operations, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance.
As a key pilot on our fleet, you will command flights on scheduled routes, mentor junior crew, and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure optimal operations and passenger satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Operate commercial flights as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), maintaining the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Lead pre-flight planning, risk assessment, and weather analysis; coordinate with dispatch and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all flight documentation, logbooks, and MELs are current and accurate.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to first officers and cabin crew; promote CRM principles.
- Maintain exceptional customer experience while adhering to operational procedures.
- Participate in safety briefings, debriefs, and incident investigations as required.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, training, and adherence to company safety policies.
Qualification
- Active Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with valid type ratings for required aircraft.
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours total time with at least 1,000 PIC hours on jet or large transport aircraft.
- Current IFR certification and a clean medical certificate (class 1 or equivalent).
- Experience with modern flight management systems, RVSM, and navigation databases.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills; ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Up-to-date safety and CRM training; proven record of adhering to safety policies.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
