Altitude Aviation Group seeks a seasoned Senior Commercial Pilot to join our jet operations team in Seattle, WA. This role offers a premier flying environment, modern aircraft, and a path to leadership responsibilities.
As a Senior Pilot, you will be responsible for safe flight operations, flight planning oversight, and mentoring junior crew. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and Dispatch to ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead and conduct safe, compliant flight operations for assigned jet aircraft.
- Prepare and review flight plans, fuel calculations, and weather analyses.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and CRM within the cockpit.
- Mentor and supervise co-pilots and cabin crew as assigned.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and operations for timely departures and arrivals.
- Manage risk assessment, MEL considerations, and contingency planning.
- Maintain thorough flight logs and post-flight debriefs with leadership.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License with type rating on the aircraft family.
- Minimum 5,000 flight hours with 1,500 PIC hours on jet aircraft.
- Active medical certificate (Class 1).
- IFR proficiency, high-level mission planning experience, and strong CRM.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle or reside within commutable distance.
