Responsibility
- Conduct safe, compliant flight operations for domestic and international routes in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Perform thorough pre-flight planning including weather analysis, weight and balance, fuel planning, NOTAM checks, and flight planning documentation.
- Monitor aircraft systems, weather, air traffic control, and cockpit resource management during all phases of flight.
- Lead and coordinate cockpit crew, communicate decisions clearly, and manage risk and contingencies with composure.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, post-flight debriefs, and incident reporting in the company system.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards, and participate in ongoing training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations to optimize routing, efficiency, and on-time performance.
- Mentor junior pilots and contribute to crew resource management training sessions.
Qualification
- FAA ATP certificate or recognized international equivalent; or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Current FAA medical certificate (Class 1) or international equivalent.
- Multi-engine jet aircraft experience with at least 2,500 total flight hours and 500 hours PIC preferred.
- Proficiency in IFR operations, navigation, and modern flight deck automation.
- Excellent communication skills, strong CRM, and ability to work flexible shifts and in a high-demand environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and work authorization.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel as required.
