Join LuminaTech Solutions as a Senior Corporate Counsel and contribute to shaping our legal framework in a fast-growing technology environment. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive scalable legal solutions while protecting the company’s interests.
As a strategic partner, you will navigate commercial agreements, corporate governance, data privacy, IP, and regulatory matters to enable responsible growth across geographies.
Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, services, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide actionable legal guidance to product and engineering teams to drive innovation while managing risk.
- Lead corporate governance activities, board materials, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Manage data privacy, security, and IP strategies in collaboration with privacy and security teams.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, IP, and high-stakes regulatory matters.
- Develop and maintain standard templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Support M&A activities and integration efforts as needed.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school; active CA Bar admission in good standing.
- 6+ years of in-house or law firm experience in corporate, commercial, and technology-related matters.
- Proven track record negotiating high-stakes contracts with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and intellectual property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
