SkyBridge Aviation Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Pilot to join our elite flight operations team in Seattle. You will command our dispatch-approved aircraft on challenging global itineraries, delivering exceptional safety and service to our distinguished clients.
In this role, you will lead flight operations from planning to execution, mentor junior pilots, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in every mission. You will collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and crew scheduling to optimize safety, efficiency, and travel experience.
Responsibility
- Command and operate high-performance corporate aircraft while ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, risk assessment, weather analysis, fuel planning, and alternate considerations.
- Ensure conformity with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and international aviation standards; oversee safety management and compliance.
- Lead and mentor senior and junior pilots; conduct briefings and debriefings; promote crew resource management (CRM).
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground support to optimize trip execution and aircraft availability.
- Manage flight documentation, logs, and post-flight reports with meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer experience while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Travel internationally as required; maintain currency on type ratings and operations across regions.
Qualification
- ATP or equivalent airline transport pilot certificate; valid FAA medical (First Class).
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours with turbine and multi-engine experience; jet experience preferred.
- Current IFR rating with multi-engine and appropriate type ratings; ability to operate in high-demand environments.
- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, international), flight planning software, and avionics systems.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and CRM skills.
- Willingness to travel globally; ability to adapt to irregular schedules and time-zone changes.
- Record of safe operations and a professional, collaborative approach to multi-crew flight decks.
