We are looking for a Senior Customer Assistant to join our team at Watsons Mega Mendung branch in Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their queries and purchases, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints
- Manage and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
- Assist in promoting sales and special promotions
Qualification
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
