We are looking for a Senior Customer Assistant to join our team at Tropicana Aman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Provide support to the store manager in daily operations
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
