You will partner with cross-functional teams across farming operations, procurement, logistics, and sales to translate data into strategy and action. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can design models, build dashboards, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
We offer a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities to influence decisions across the agribusiness lifecycle, from field to market.
Responsibility

- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau to deliver actionable business insights for executives and front-line teams.
- Own forecasting and demand planning across crops, seasons, and market conditions to optimize inventory and margins.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and farming teams to improve procurement strategy, transportation planning, and distribution.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility of analyses; implement data validation and auditing routines.
- Automate reporting and build scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to support rapid decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical maturity across the organization through training and best-practice sharing.
- Support strategic initiative evaluations and ROI analyses for capital projects and new product launches.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics within agribusiness, agriculture, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with forecasting models, demand planning, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of commodity markets, crop cycles, and agronomic data is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling with data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous for regional projects.
