As a Senior Data Processor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely delivery. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and updating patient and medical data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements that reduce errors and cycle times. The role requires a strong eye for detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also participate in training sessions, participate in quality assurance reviews, and contribute to developing best practices for data entry and data governance.

Responsibility
- Process and validate US healthcare data for patient records, claims, and related documents with high accuracy.
- Verify information against source documents and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update patient and billing databases with timely, error-free data entries.
- Collaborate with QA, billing, and customer service teams to meet data integrity and SLA targets.
- Perform data cleansing, formatting, deduplication, and standardization according to client standards.
- Generate and review data quality reports, addressing error trends and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy policies in daily workflows.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data processing, healthcare administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of data entry or data processing experience, preferably in healthcare or US healthcare data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools; familiarity with data entry software.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data privacy requirements.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
