As a Senior Environmental Management Specialist, you will lead environmental compliance projects, design data-driven strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve ESG outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead environmental compliance assessments across multiple sectors to identify regulatory gaps and execute effective remediation plans.
- Develop and implement ESG reporting frameworks aligned with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with EH&S and operations teams to integrate environmental management into day-to-day activities.
- Conduct risk assessments, environmental impact analyses, and lifecycle assessments to inform strategy.
- Mentor junior staff and build capacity through training and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and apply to client projects.
- Prepare data-driven presentations and executive summaries for clients and leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability roles.
- Strong knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., EPA, RCRA, TSCA, NEPA/CEQA where relevant) and permitting processes.
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability metrics.
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Python/R, Tableau) and environmental software.
