Join GreenWave Solutions as a Senior Environmental Manager and lead our environmental stewardship initiatives across operations in Singapore. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and HSE teams to deliver measurable outcomes in emissions, waste reduction, and resource efficiency.
We are seeking a proactive, data-driven professional who can translate complex environmental requirements into practical programs that protect the environment and support business goals.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of environmental programs including regulatory compliance, waste management, water stewardship, and emissions reduction.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and annual targets to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore environmental regulations and international standards; coordinate audits and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and facilities teams to integrate sustainability into daily operations.
- Lead environmental risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses with actionable remediation plans.
- Oversee training and awareness programs for staff on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Engage external stakeholders, regulators, and partners to advance ESG initiatives and reporting commitments.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental management, EHS, or sustainability roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore environmental regulations and permit requirements; experience with ISO 14001 is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CEA, or equivalent are a plus.
- Data literacy with experience in tracking, analyzing, and presenting environmental metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
