Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental projects (permit applications, environmental assessments, remediation, and sustainability programs).
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans; monitor performance against KPIs and quality standards.
  • Lead risk assessment, sampling design, data interpretation, and reporting; ensure rigorous quality control and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare permit applications, environmental impact assessments, due diligence reviews, and final client deliverables.
  • Mentor junior staff, promote a culture of safety, ethics, and client service, and support professional development.
  • Drive business development through proposal development, client relationship management, and cross-selling sustainability services.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of environmental management experience in consulting, industry, or government sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of US environmental regulations (EPA, NEPA, RCRA, CERCLA, OSHA) and permitting processes.
  • Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent experience; familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven client-facing and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in environmental data analysis, reporting, and GIS software; experience with environmental databases is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as project needs require.
