What you’ll experience
- Leadership of end-to-end event programs from discovery to post-event analysis.
- Budget, timeline, and resource planning with a data-driven mindset.
- On-site operations, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure pristine execution.
- Client relationship management, requirements gathering, and SOW translation.
- Vendor contract negotiation and risk mitigation across venues, AV, catering, and production.
- Collaboration with marketing, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event programs for clients from concept through post-event evaluation.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans to optimize ROI.
- Oversee on-site event operations, logistics, venue coordination, and production schedules.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and sponsors; ensure compliance and risk management.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to deliver integrated experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and uphold highest quality standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in corporate, agency, or live events.
- Proven track record delivering events with budgets of £500k+ and multi-team coordination.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Monday.com, Eventbrite) and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment; exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and reside in the London area; eligible to work in the UK.
