What we offer: competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for global travel and growth within a supportive, creative culture.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end event programs, from brief to on-site execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including creative, production, logistics, and client services to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Develop and control event budgets, forecast ROI, and manage vendor contracts and payments.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV, entertainment, and transportation partners.
  • Oversee on-site operations, risk assessments, safety protocols, and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate goals into compelling event concepts and attendee journeys.
  • Lead post-event reporting, insights, and follow-up actions to optimize future programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and accessibility standards across all events.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in live events, with a track record of delivering high-profile conferences, galas, and product launches.
  • Exceptional vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency with event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite) and MS Office suite.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets up to seven figures and deliver ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% and work flexible hours as needed.
