Weâre seeking a Senior Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment to lead end-to-end event strategy and execution.

Youâll report to the Director of Programs and collaborate with operations, marketing, creative, and production teams to deliver memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of 15-25 events per year, from concept through post-event debriefs.
- Develop event strategy, timelines, and budgets; monitor spend and optimize ROI.
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, caterers, audiovisual teams, and sponsors.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, staffing, registration, signage, and attendee experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design event identity, agendas, and measurable outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, compare proposals, and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assign roles, and coach junior planners.
- Provide post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for future programs.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate or experiential events.
- Proven track record of managing complex events with budgets up to $600k+.
- Strong vendor negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
