We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, design, and execute high-impact events from concept to completion. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a key member of our events team, you will own end-to-end event programs, manage budgets, timelines, and on-site operations, ensuring memorable experiences for attendees and impressive ROI for clients.

Responsibility
- Plan and manage end-to-end event programs from concept through on-site execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, and creative to deliver cohesive event experiences.
- Oversee logistics, registrations, attendee experience, on-site operations, and safety/compliance protocols.
- Implement measurement frameworks, analyze post-event data, and produce actionable reports for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless risk management, permits, insurance, and contingency planning for all events.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in event management, with a track record of delivering complex conferences, trade shows, or experiential events in New York.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Experience with event technology, registration platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as needed and work irregular hours to support events.
