Join Lumina Events Co., a premier leader in immersive brand experiences and corporate gatherings in New York City. Weâre seeking a proactive Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end productions for high-profile clients and marquee events.
As a core member of a collaborative team, youâll steward multi-day conferences, galas, product launches, and experiential campaigns from concept through on-site execution. You will own timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and attendee satisfaction metrics to deliver flawless events that elevate our clientsâ brands.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event planning for corporate conferences, galas, product launches, and experiential campaigns.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor spend against forecast.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure best-in-class services.
- Oversee on-site logistics, production schedules, and cross-functional teams during events.
- Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and regulatory requirements; coordinate risk management plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align event experiences with brand goals.
- Evaluate event outcomes, prepare post-event reports, and implement continuous improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in event management, with a track record of delivering large-scale corporate events.
- Proven vendor negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting abilities.
- Excellent on-site leadership, problem-solving, and quick decision-making under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; proficiency with event management software and MS Office suite.
