Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event planning for corporate conferences, product launches, and large-scale gatherings in the NYC area.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; track milestones and deliverables.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure top-tier services and pricing.
- Oversee on-site execution, lead cross-functional event teams, and coordinate logistics for day-of-operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design compelling attendee experiences and program agendas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and permit requirements; manage risk mitigation plans.
- Provide post-event reporting, insights, and ROI analysis to clients and internal leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in events management, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in event management with a track record of delivering multi-day conferences or large-scale events.
- Strong vendor negotiation, contract management, and budgeting skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing capabilities.
- Proficiency with event technology platforms, registration systems, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain composure on-site.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
