We are seeking a Senior Event Manager who thrives in a fast paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering flawless experiences from concept to post event evaluation.

As a key member of our events team, you will lead cross functional collaboration with clients, creative, production, and venue partners to design and execute high quality events that meet strategic goals and exceed expectations.

This role offers exposure to diverse formats including product launches, conferences, galas, and experiential activations, with a focus on meticulous planning, budget discipline, and outstanding attendee experience.

Responsibility

  • Own end to end event planning from brief intake and scoping to post event debrief and reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and RFP processes for venues, vendors, and production partners
  • Source and secure venues, caterers, AV, dΓ©cor, entertainment, and sponsorships aligned to event goals
  • Lead cross functional teams across sales, marketing, creative, and operations to deliver cohesive experiences
  • Coordinate on site logistics including registration, speaker management, run of show, health and safety compliance
  • Build strong client relationships, set expectations, provide updates, and manage changes with control of scope
  • Analyze event performance data, capture learnings, and optimize future programs

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event management or live experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in event management marketing communications or related field
  • Proven track record of managing multi party vendors and large budgets
  • Strong negotiation and procurement skills with a focus on value and quality
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Proficiency with event management platforms and tools (Cvent Eventbrite) and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 percent and work evenings or weekends as required
