We are looking for a proactive Senior Event Manager to own end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile events including conferences, galas, and experiential campaigns.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of major events, conferences, and experiential campaigns from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets, timelines, and resource plans; monitor spend and profitability while optimizing vendor contracts.
  • Partner with clients to translate objectives into compelling event programs, agendas, and attendee journeys.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, caterers, AV providers, sponsors, and staffing requirements.
  • Oversee on-site production, run-of-show, rehearsals, staffing, safety, and contingency plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, marketing, operations, and sponsorships to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Capture data and deliver post-event reports, insights, and ROI analysis to demonstrate impact and drive improvement.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or a related field with a track record of delivering complex events.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong vendor relationships, negotiation skills, and contract management experience.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven on-site management experience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency with event management software, registration platforms, and CRM systems; advanced MS Office skills.
