Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning for corporate, charity, and experiential events, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners.
- Oversee on-site operations, production schedules, staffing, logistics, and checklists.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling event branding and attendee experiences.
- Manage post-event evaluation, reporting, and partner debriefs; implement learnings for future events.
- Lead and mentor junior event planners; foster a high-performance team culture.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, data privacy, and contractual obligations.
Qualification
- 5+ years of event management experience with a track record of successful large-scale events.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel events and virtual components.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, travel as needed, and adapt quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proficiency with event tech platforms and CRM tools.
