Join Lumina Events Co., a premium leader in experiential events. We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end planning and flawless execution for corporate conferences, product launches, and large-scale gatherings in New York City.
As a key member of our events team, you will collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to design goals, budgets and timelines. You will manage vendors, negotiate contracts and oversee on-site logistics to deliver unforgettable attendee experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and experiential campaigns across New York City.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to define event goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and sponsors; oversee contracts and payments.
- Develop detailed project timelines, risk assessments, and on-site logistics plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, volunteers, and staff for flawless event delivery and guest experiences.
- Oversee on-site operations, registration, signage, AV, catering, transportation, and attendee services.
- Monitor budgets, track spend, and measure ROI with post-event reporting and learnings.
- Drive innovative concepts and attendee engagement strategies to elevate brand impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events and large-scale conferences; healthcare or tech sectors a plus.
- Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and timeline skills; proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- On-site event execution experience and crisis management capabilities.
- Creative problem-solving mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
