Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and experiential campaigns across New York City.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to define event goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and sponsors; oversee contracts and payments.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, risk assessments, and on-site logistics plans to ensure seamless execution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate events and large-scale conferences; healthcare or tech sectors a plus.
  • Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and timeline skills; proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • On-site event execution experience and crisis management capabilities.
