We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Direct & Japanese Corporate practice and contribute to the growth and service excellence that define our brand.
In this role, you will be the trusted adviser for direct corporate accounts and Japanese-speaking clients. You will coordinate closely with underwriting, claims, product development, and operations to tailor policy coverage, manage endorsements, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also drive renewal activity, respond quickly to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with brokers and internal partners.
As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will analyze client risk profiles, prepare compelling proposals, and support cross-sell opportunities across MSIG's product suite. You will uphold regulatory and internal governance standards while consistently delivering exceptional client service and timely, accurate policy administration.

Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day management of direct and Japanese corporate insurance portfolios, ensuring accurate policy administration and timely renewals.
- Serve as primary liaison for corporate clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, delivering high-touch service in English and Japanese as required.
- Coordinate with underwriting to assess risk exposure, prepare quotations, endorsements, and policy endorsements.
- Prepare and review renewal presentations, risk summaries, and client-facing documentation.
- Monitor premium trends, endorsements, and policy changes; implement proactive renewal strategies to maximize client retention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to new business development.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and policy administration systems; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, with direct and Japanese corporate exposure preferred.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; strong communication and written skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MSIG products, local market practices, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality service, and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and policy administration platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
