Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional hiring, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop effective staffing plans.
- Implement HR policies and operational improvements to drive efficiency and enhance employee engagement.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals to maximize sourcing effectiveness.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and company HR regulations across regional operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software is a plus.
