Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring accurate reporting and up-to-date dashboards.
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing calendar; align activities with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, metrics, and insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets that adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor management, and asset procurement for campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, content, and creative assets across campaigns and channels.
  • Assist with event support and promotions, ensuring timely execution and post-event analysis.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in F&B or consumer brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data visualization basics; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle stakeholders with professionalism.
