Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and experiential channels.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure on-brand delivery.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, forecasting ROI and tracking performance.
- Partner with influencers, media, and strategic brands to amplify reach and credibility.
- Define audience segments, messaging, and content for website, email, and social channels.
- Oversee content creation, brand guidelines, and creative direction for campaigns.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.
- Analyze data and market trends to optimize strategy and drive growth in the US and international markets.
Qualification
- 5+ years in fashion marketing, brand management, or related field.
- Proven track record leading multi-channel campaigns and driving growth in premium fashion brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email, CRM, and e-commerce.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Insights, etc.).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong network within fashion media, influencers, and partnerships; ability to negotiate and manage agencies.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field.
