Nova Threads is a pioneering luxury fashion brand blending contemporary design with timeless craft. We are seeking a Senior Fashion Content Marketing Manager to lead storytelling and search strategy across all channels.
In this role, you will own the content strategy for our website, product pages, editorial content, email programs, and social channels. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Merchandising to craft compelling product narratives and launches while driving organic growth through SEO and data-driven storytelling.
This is a high-impact, collaborative role ideal for a senior marketer who can balance creativity with performance metrics and brand guidelines.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage the end-to-end content marketing plan aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization for e-commerce pages.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to produce high-impact product storytelling and launch assets.
- Own editorial calendar across web, email, and social channels ensuring consistency of voice and quality.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and report to leadership; optimize for engagement and revenue.
- Manage a content team and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in content marketing, SEO, and brand storytelling in fashion/retail.
- Proven track record in driving organic growth and engagement; portfolio of fashion content.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry, product storytelling, and customer journeys.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt voice for multiple channels.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics (GA4).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
