We are seeking a Senior Fashion Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives, product storytelling, and high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels. This position combines creative vision with data-driven performance to elevate our collection launches and grow brand equity in a competitive market.
Based in New York, you'll collaborate with design, e-commerce, and retail teams to craft compelling experiences, drive demand, and ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for seasonal collections and brand campaigns.
- Lead content creation, editorial calendars, and product storytelling across web, social, email, and press.
- Oversee paid and organic media plans, optimizing ROI and attribution across channels.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with design, merchandising, and sales teams.
- Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Plan and coordinate high-profile events and influencer partnerships in the NYC market.
- Protect and evolve the brand voice, assets, and guidelines across all platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years in fashion marketing or luxury retail with demonstrated results.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of NYC market dynamics and fashion press landscape is a plus.
