Join Viventis Search Asia as a Senior HR Benefits Specialist in Alabang, Metro Manila. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Benefits sub-function within Human Resources, ensuring accurate plan administration, enrollment and compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will partner with external vendors and insurers, coordinate open enrollment cycles, and deliver clear benefits communications to employees.

As part of our HR team, you will drive data-driven decisions by maintaining accurate benefits records, generating reports, and supporting payroll collaboration during cycle periods. You will act as a trusted advisor to staff on benefits questions, resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, and uphold privacy and confidentiality of employee data.

Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day administration of the Benefits sub-function, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and plan changes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with insurers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to administer health, dental, life, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Oversee annual open enrollment, communications campaigns, and benefit education sessions for staff at all levels.
  • Maintain benefits data integrity in HRIS/HR systems and generate monthly/quarterly reports for management and payroll reconciliation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with timely, accurate guidance and collaborate with payroll during payroll cycles to ensure correct deductions and enrollments.
  • Stay updated on PH labor laws and data privacy requirements, ensuring all benefits processes comply with applicable regulations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR function, preferably within the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with confidential information.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly to employees.
