Job description

Join JEP Precision Engineering Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based leader in precision engineering solutions, as a Senior HR Executive. This role blends mentorship with hands-on ownership across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with management to attract, engage, and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in every HR process. You will have the opportunity to drive impactful people initiatives, streamline workflows, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

As a member of the HR team, you will support the full spectrum of human resources activities—from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll coordination and benefits administration. You will help shape performance management processes, training and development programs, and employee relations initiatives. You will maintain accurate HR records, produce insightful metrics, and provide timely guidance to managers on people-related matters. This role offers mentorship, but also the autonomy to take initiative and solve problems that matter to the business.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, assessment, and onboarding to ensure timely placement of skilled professionals for manufacturing roles.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with Singapore Employment Act and company standards; maintain meticulous HR records.
  • Drive performance management cycles, learning and development programs, and succession planning to enhance employee capability and engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, address inquiries and grievances with confidentiality and professionalism, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning for long-term business goals.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and relevant Labour Laws; compliant and ethical HR practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented mindset.
  • English fluency is required; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
