We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team at People Profilers, a leading MNC in the Central Region. As the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and playing a key role in the recruitment, training, and development of employees.
Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions for employees
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
