Responsibility
- Own the execution of accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, master data maintenance, and case resolution.
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering prompt, empathetic, and compliant responses.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and payroll teams to ensure data integrity, timely processing, and accurate reporting.
- Support HRIS configurations, workflows, and data migrations; generate HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Prepare and audit HR data for audits, reporting, and management reviews, maintaining confidentiality and security.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR services, HRSS, or a shared services environment; experience in payroll support is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance considerations; professional certifications are a plus.
