Responsibility
- Lead talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices
- Handle industrial relations and employee relations matters proactively
- Oversee HR information systems for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to talent acquisition, C&B, IR, and HRIS
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
