Car Doctor Inc is actively seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources professional to lead people operations for our Quezon City-based team. You will partner with senior leadership to shape HR policies, drive regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional employee experience across all stages of the employment lifecycle.

As the Senior HR, you will own end-to-end human resources processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits coordination, and employee relations. You will ensure data integrity in the HRIS, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and produce actionable HR metrics to inform business decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with daily operations.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Quezon City operations, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new hires; maintain accurate personnel records in the HRIS
  • Manage performance management processes: goal setting, annual reviews, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Administer payroll support, benefits coordination, and timekeeping with external providers; ensure data accuracy
  • Address employee relations matters; provide coaching, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement initiatives
  • Generate HR analytics and reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) for management and strategic planning
  • Support learning and development initiatives; coordinate training programs and succession planning

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; data privacy and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
