Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate daily production planning and execution across multiple lines, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand while maximizing OEE and minimizing downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) with measurable impact on quality, cost, and cycle times.
- Manage and mentor production supervisors; foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Monitor key KPIs, including throughput, scrap rate, downtime, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to implement process changes, equipment upgrades, and new product ramps.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and drive 5S and housekeeping standards across all lines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive manufacturing/production leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and data-driven problem solving; proficient with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of improving OEE, reducing waste, and elevating product quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and a demonstrated commitment to a safe workplace.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive decision-making; willingness to travel occasionally for plant visits.
