Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive KOL marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with top influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to the brand's target audience.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics with KOL partners.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align KOL campaigns with overall brand objectives and product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of current digital marketing and influencer trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of KOL engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure ROI growth from influencer collaborations.
- Facilitate and oversee high-impact events, activations, or product seeding with KOLs to amplify brand presence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in KOL/influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related areas.
- Strong network and proven track record of successful brand collaborations with influencers.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
