You will work closely with partners to drive strategy, manage complex disputes, and mentor junior lawyers.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage a diverse corporate litigation docket, including strategy development, discovery, and motion practice.
- Draft and refine pleadings, motions, and briefs tailored to business objectives.
- Advise clients on risk, compliance programs, and regulatory matters to minimize exposure.
- Oversee eDiscovery processes, document review, and cross-functional collaboration with tech teams.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution while protecting client interests.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Support business development through thought leadership and client-focused seminars.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate litigation, regulatory enforcement, or compliance.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication; client-focused and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize, and lead teams under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and eDiscovery platforms; solid contract drafting experience.
- Commitment to professional ethics and ongoing legal education.
