Responsibility
- Manage a diverse docket in corporate matters, commercial contracts, and litigation
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex agreements and licenses
- Provide strategic legal advice on risk, compliance, and corporate governance
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and filings
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed
- Lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and related transactions
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready solutions
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; active New York Bar or eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, contracts, and litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision
- Experience with regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and corporate governance
- Excellent client service orientation and professional integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
