Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and complex commercial contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated agreements with precision to protect client interests and drive favorable outcomes.
  • Oversee and support litigation matters, including strategy development, motions practice, discovery, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide regulatory compliance guidance and risk assessment across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
  • Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, participate in business development, and contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives.

Qualification

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in.
