As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will help shape governance, risk management, and regulatory strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and with external counsel.

Responsibility
- Provide strategic legal guidance on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and governance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to protect company interests and drive growth.
- Lead due diligence, risk assessments, and contract negotiations with external counsel and counterparties.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, data privacy, antitrust, and employment matters affecting business operations.
- Support senior leadership with strategic decision-making and board communications.
- Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop scalable processes for contract management, risk tracking, and policy governance.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 7 years of corporate law experience, with a track record in M&A and commercial contracts.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable working with executives and clients.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, data privacy, and risk management.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
